Kakabeka Falls is a 40-metre (130 ft) waterfall on the Kaministiquia River, located in Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park in Oliver Paipoonge, Ontario. Just 30 km west of Thunder Bay, this spectacular cascade is the second-highest waterfall in Ontario and is widely nicknamed "the Niagara of the North"
